Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped within the United States.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes an additional 2–9 business days. Most orders arrive within about a week, although holidays and busy carrier periods can add time.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not offer international shipping through our website. Please contact us with any questions about availability.
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 90 days of delivery, for any reason, for a full refund. Returns are free for U.S. orders. Contact us and we'll send you a prepaid UPS return label. Read our full Refund Policy.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Yes. Let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll send the correct size free of charge, along with a free label to return the wrong one.
Are your products guaranteed?
Every HOUNDSBAY product comes with a Lifetime Warranty. If something isn't right, let us know and send it back for a new one. We cover shipping both ways.
What's the difference between a shoe tree and a shoe stretcher?
A shoe tree preserves your shoes over time, holding their shape and absorbing moisture. A shoe stretcher is a tool for loosening specific tight areas of a shoe or boot.
Do you give back?
